Showroom & Brand Manager
We are a well funded design house making garments carefully and in small quantities. Menswear first, womenswear to follow, and a point of view that sits as much in art, furniture, and design as it does in fashion. Our first showroom has just opened in East London, by appointment only, and we are looking for the person who will keep it and represent the house within it.
Clients visit by appointment, a handful a day to start, and you will receive them: walking them through the collection, advising on fit and styling, and making each visit feel considered from arrival to follow-up. In time you will build a client book of your own, writing to clients about new pieces and arrivals suited to them, so that a first visit becomes a lasting relationship.
Between appointments the showroom is in your care, and the rest of your time belongs to the brand. You will work closely with the founders on how the house presents itself as it grows, shape the quieter forms of marketing that suit it, and create the imagery and words that carry it, drawn from the space, the garments, and the world around them. We would rather say less and say it well, and the same is true of how we sell.
We are at the beginning, which is the point. The person who takes this role and leans in will grow with the house: into womenswear as it arrives, into the brand as it reaches new places, and into whatever the role becomes as one showroom turns into more. We are small enough that how far it goes depends mostly on you.
A host. You put people at ease in a space and speak about clothes with genuine knowledge and no performance.
An eye. You have a feel for design and composition, notice when a rail is half an inch off, and keep detail and elegance to a standard without being asked.
Curious. You follow design, art, and fashion beyond your own lane, and you understand how a house earns attention rather than chases it.
Ambitious. You are at the start of your career and want to grow with a house rather than inside an institution. Your strength is brand and marketing, grounded in real experience in fashion or retail.
Trusted. You are comfortable holding a showroom on your own and being given real responsibility early.
Tuesday through Saturday, worked in person over afternoon to early evening hours, with flexibility around appointments and a clear path to full-time as the house grows. Compensation depends on experience.

Fulfilment Manager
We are a design house making garments carefully and in small quantities, shipping online orders from our own fulfilment space in East London. We are looking for a freelance fulfillment manager to own it.
You will run everything between an order being placed and it arriving with the customer. Volume is around 10-20 orders a day to start, so the packing itself is only part of the work; just as important is building an operation that runs properly and improves as we grow. The space is yours to organise, and we care as much about how an order is shipped as how the garment was made.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders daily to our packing standard
- Manage carrier bookings, collections, labels, and any issues with DHL and others
- Own inventory accuracy, with regular counts reconciled against the online shop
- Process returns and exchanges, inspecting and restocking garments
- Keep the space organised and packaging supplies stocked ahead of need
- Improve how the operation runs as volume grows
This role starts downstairs but doesn't have to stay there. As the house grows, whoever runs fulfilment well is the natural person to grow into operations more broadly: logistics across markets, stock planning across collections, and coordination with our production partners in Europe. We are small enough that the person who leans in shapes what the job becomes.
You have done fulfillment, stockroom, or operations work before, ideally somewhere small where you handled everything. You are unusually organised, you notice when a count is off by one, and you take satisfaction in a well-run back of house. Experience with e-commerce platforms and carrier portals is a plus. You are reliable and happy working independently.
Roughly three to four hours a day, five days a week, in person, with hours flexing around collection times and growing with order volume. Rate depends on experience, invoiced monthly.
